Bring your own clean 5 gallon bucket and make an oyster mushroom log with our handcrafted local-strain oyster mushroom spawn.

We will be featuring Queen of the Hill, an oyster strain from Hill, NH that we chose because of its wide fruiting temperature range. Many pearl oysters fruit only in Fall, but the Queen has been observed fruiting in the wild anywhere between late July and late November!
We'll cover the basics of making and taking care of your log, then head to the work stations to create the project.
